and third parties (consumers / business customers), only the following Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

A business customer(or merchant) is anyone acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the trader’s name or on the trader’s behalf.

Hereinafter, consumers and business customers will be referred to collectively as “customers”. If a specific designation or reference to the different customers (i.e., consumers or business customers) is necessary, this will be indicated accordingly.

Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognised unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Unilateral and bilateral commercial transactions are exclusively carried out or accepted on the basis of the Terms and Conditions described here.

The presentation of products in the Taha Gold online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to treat (an invitation to place an order). Service descriptions in catalogues and on the Seller’s websites do not have the character of an absolute assurance or guarantee.
